"How to Order"

To order please read the following then

Simply e-mail your choice(s), identifying them by title, size and price. For Giclee print orders, I will reply with print turnaround time before your payment is made. Time may vary due to printers work load.

Please provide your name, shipping address, a valid e-mail address and mail your payment along with your order to:

Once your order is shipped I will e-mail you conformation and tracking no. Orders are shipped and delivered via Fed Ex or UPS Monday-Friday only. All Giclee prints on canvas are shipped rolled-up, sealed in tube/box, un-stretched and un-framed. Please feel free to contact me for more information regarding pricing, orders, original paintings, giclee prints, commissions and having painting/print shipped stretched or framed.

Payment Terms:

All purchases are to be prepaid by a *cashiers check or certified check issued by a US bank in US Dollars or *money order drawn in US dollars and made out to:

Lawrence Supino.

*Due to the increase in fraudulent check scam's all checks must clear your bank before order is processed. *Moneys Orders only good for purchases up to $1,000.00.

Condition of Prints:

Please do not accept a visibly damaged package from lawrencesupino.com and you or the driver write "Refused-Package Received Damaged" on the shipping document. All prints/paintings are carefully inspected before shipping. Please check, upon receipt, all Giclee prints/paintings purchased directly from lawrencesupino.com. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt by e-mailing Lawrence at: lawrence@lawrencesupino.com.

Returns and Refund:

All returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you decide within 5 days of receipt of an order purchased directly from lawrencesupino.com, that you are not satisfied and would like to return it for a full refund (minus shipping cost), please e-mail Lawrence at: lawrence@lawrencesupino.com for authorization and return shipping/insurance instructions. All returned Giclee prints/paintings must be returned in good marketable condition, have not been stretched or framed and shipped re-packed in the original packing materials and returned to:

Lawrence Supino, P.O. Box 2604, Jupiter, FL. 33468.

*Custom size Giclee prints can only be returned for exchange for another print of the same image, title and size.

*Custom size Giclee prints can only be returned due to print(s) received damaged.

*Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

*Custom size Giclee prints will not be refunded.
